thirds of the jobs in america were created over the last 15 years. but unfortunately, under the obama administration, the number of new business start-ups is at a 30-year low. and that is because they put so many burdens on small businesses. a lot of entrepreneurs have said boy, i'm not going to risk my life savings to start a business right now, given how tough the environment is. i was with the founder of a big chain, papa john, i don't think you have heard of him. he said i don't think i would have started a company in the type of environment we have today. i want to make sure america is a place you want to start a business. people come here from all over the world, for opportunities, a chance to build for themselves. and their children. and i want to help them. i was with -- i was with one guy in st. louis, who had a small business. an electronics business. and he said that he and his son calculated how much money they were paying in taxes of what they earned. now, it is not a big business. four people, four employees. he said when they calculated their income tax, and then their

. this is just bailout of obama was theft. it was taking money from creditors and giving it to the hands of union. the idea that a company goes bankrupt and disappear is a fiction that the obama administration would like you to believe. airlines and companies go bankrupt and restructure the loans and get lean yer taxpayers are off of the hook and everybody is happy and get better cars. a lot of mom and pops called it theft. the real fiction here. yes, it is true a company can go in bankruptcy and emerge. real life was gm-chrysler didn't have enough money to pay suppliers or employees, and by the time the government could have negotiated guaranteed with anybody that might step up to make a loan, those companies were out of the business. it is reality and he's showing why republicans never say i am sorry. it is ridiculous. >> steve, is rick right, that bankings were so bad shape they would have gone in bankruptcy and no one would have lent them money. >> in the fall of the 2008 there was a panic on government guarantees. but general motors and chrysler should have gone in controrsey.

the obama administration, like the bush administration before it could work uses to acknowledge clearly iran's right to enrich uranium on its own soil. even if the obama administration and the rumors they are thinking of doing this after they are like good horse to offer iran a bigger carrot as if the iranians were donkeys, and a final shot at diplomacy, there is no indication that the obama administration is willing to clearly recognize iran's right to enrich uranium on its own soil. and therefore there won't be a deal. even if there is no deal and iran doesn't collapse, some policy elite continue to posit the sanctions and their version of diplomacy is all worth it. it's worth it in the end because iranians, middle eastern public will come to see that iran's suffering an inability to get a deal on the nuclear issue is the iranian government's fault. and therefore would be understandable and even justified for the united states in the end to strike iran militarily. we should have no illusions about the strategic consequences of an overworked with the islamic republic. any new o
